1 A hall rental fee for a private function such as a baby shower, birthday party, an anniversary is $150.00. Use of the kitchen is limited to use of urns.
2 Wedding showers whose wedding is being catered by the parish ladies will be given a special rate of $100.00.
 
3 Any damage done during any function is the responsibility of the renter. Replacement of any broken or missing dishes is the responsibility of the renter.
 
4 The cost of dinners served at the Parish Hall is as follows:
            Hot turkey         $10.00 per plate
            Hot roast beef    $10.00 per plate
           
Cold Plate         $10.00 per plate
            Chicken Breast  $12.50 per plate
 
5 A deposit of 30% toward the cost of the dinners will be required to be paid 7 days prior to the function. This must be paid at the Parish Office. (Business hours are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
 
6 Hall rental for catered functions of 75 or more is included in the cost of the dinners. 
 
7 A limit of 200 patrons for a catered dinner or wedding is to be followed. No function with more than 200 patrons will be accepted for catering by Parish caterers.
 
8 All meals provided at the Parish Hall must be catered to by the Parish catering group. No outside caterers will be accepted unless the Parish Ladies choose not to provide the catering request made by the renter.
 
9 The Parish will not accept catering requests outside the Parish Hall.
 
10 Catered dinners on Saturdays may not begin until 6:00 p.m. due to the Parish Mass in the church. On other days, the time is flexible.
 
11 Only the Parish Bar License will be used at functions in the Parish hail. The Bar will have the last call at 1:30 a.m. and the Hall is to be cleared by 2:00 a.m.
 
12 Decorating the Hall is limited to one night. Taped, pinned, stapled, or tacked decorations are limited to curtains, windows, steel frames of doors. Decorations can be tied around light fixtures or to ceiling hooks. (Gyproc surfaces are not to be used)
