| Welcome to Saint Michael's
Roman Catholic Parish On behalf of the Parish Pastoral Council, I welcome you to the history and faith story of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Parish. We are one of the forty four parishes in the Archdiocese of St. John' s, Newfoundland. We are a parish of 2000 parishioners located on a small island of a population of approximately 3000 persons. Our Island is located 15 minutes from the city by ferry. I invite you to travel through a brief history of our parish and review the various references which are of interest. Come inside and learn more about our parish and our desire to be part of the wider world through modern technology.
