Home Religion Program/ Sacramental Preparation
The religious education for our children is the sole responsibility of the
parents/guardians. The role of the parish is to provide the religious
materials and coordinate the families to participate in the program.
Children: Age 5 & 6 are invited to participate in the year 1 program.
Children: Age 7 or older can participate in the year 2 program which
includes First Eucharist.
Children: Age 8 can participate in the year 3 program which includes First
Penance.
Children: Age 9 or older can participate in the Confirmation Program.
Please note that these age groups are flexible. It is up to the
parents/guardians to ask to have their child register for a particular
program. The religion program will be completed at home and once per month
we will meet with the parents/guardians to evaluate their progress.
