Parish Census
Sincere thanks to all who participated in the parish census during the past two months. It was a major success and I ask that those who have not returned the census forms as of yet to please do so during the coming week. We will meet as a committee during the coming week and review all the information and register all names on our parish files. If you have not registered your family with the parish during the census, please call the parish office for registration.

Knights of Columbus/St. Michael's Parish Ticket Sweep
Tickets are on sale for $40.00 each . You are asked to take one ticket or several and sell it to a family member or purchase it yourself. This is a major fund raiser and a great financial support for the parish. At the end of mass today, you are asked to take one or several tickets and return the money at a later date. We will record the name of the individual who takes the ticket and provide you with the requested number of tickets. Please support this major fund raising ticket. Together we will make this another financial success.

Financial Statement 2004
The financial report for the year 2004 is available at the back of the church. It is a very positive report and I am thankful to all who have supported the parish in the past year. I remind all parishioners that it is your responsibility to contribute to our parish and to give generously. I know that some of our parishioners who gave generously in the past have changed residence and moved from the Island or else have died. In such instances, it is a reality that we will miss their absence in our parish as well as their financial support. Therefore, I ask all to consider to be faithful in your weekly collection. For example, last weekend due to poor weather, we cancelled mass and thus our collection was missed. I hope that when we cancel mass due to poor weather or if you are away for a weekend that you remember to give your offering the following weekend. Thanks for your support.
