TWENTY-THIRD SUNDAY
September 5th, 2004

FOCUS: Jesus invites us to walk with him and helps us along the way.

When we undertake a major project we look at costs, time, and the energy that will be needed. If our goal is to be a follower of Christ, similar things come into play. Can we give up our desire for worldly rewards in order to reach for heavenly ones? Can we gladly carry whatever cross we have been given? With Jesus as our companion, we can.

Children: Age 8 can participate in the year 3 program which includes First Penance.
